Electric Golf Trolleys

So I was talking with a customer today about the built in distance function on the modern golf trolleys you know the one where you can measure how far you have traveled or hit your golf ball.

Well as it is winter in the UK the topic soon turned to winter wheels as he wanted a set as his golf club don’t allow electric golf trolleys on course without them and he said to me “if I fit winter wheels to my electric golf trolley because of the spike surely the measurement will to totally off” hmmmm I think he is completely right.

Anyone have any comments on this can you confirm if this is the case or not.
