Whiz Golf Trolley Warranty
Our Electric Golf Trolleys are warranted against manufacturing defects and faulty materials for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase.
Whiz Golf Trolleys are designed so that any faulty or damaged part can be replaced quickly and easily. Where a replacement part is required, we will post the part to you within 24 hours.
If a more serious fault has developed which we cannot resolved by a replacement part, we will require the trolley back to one of our workshops please contact us on 02891473586 to arrange a collection.
Please note you will need to keep your original packaging to return the trolley to us. This service is FREE of charge in the first 2 years.
After year 2 of the Warranty period, we will provide the necessary parts to repair your trolley free-of-charge. Or you can arrange to have the trolley collected and returned for a small fee (currently £9.95 within Northern Ireland) we will carry out the repair in one of our workshops free of charge.
Please note that you should retain the original packaging should your trolley need to be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that the trolley is adequately packed for transport any damage caused during this process is your responsibility.
If you return your trolley to us under warranty and no fault is found you will be charged for the carriage and admin costs (Currently £14.95)
Please note that our trolleys run extremely quiet however we cannot guarantee that you will not hear motor noise this is NOT covered under our warranty policy.
The following are also excluded from our Warranty policy:
Damage or misuse.
Unauthorised modifications
Unauthorised repairs.
The use of non-original parts
Normal wear and tear
Over-discharge/incorrect charging of the battery
Products purchased outside the UK are covered by a 12 Month ‘Parts Only’ Warranty. We will supply any necessary part free-of-charge (including shipping/carriage costs) during the Warranty period. If you do not wish to receive or fit replacement parts, you may return the trolley to us, at your cost.
Golf Battery Warranty
All batteries start to deteriorate from date of manufacture due to the electro chemical reaction which creates the power. Batteries can fail prematurely for a number of reasons, the most common factors being:
1: Incorrect charging regime which either over or under charges the battery.
2: Accidental damage such as dropping it.
3: Leaving the battery without charge for long periods of time.
4: Using your battery for longer than its recommended capacity i.e. 36 holes.
Our batteries are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a 1 year period from the purchase date subject to the terms and conditions above, the warranty is not transferable if resold during the warranty period. Breakdowns due to accidents, wear and tear, misuse or faulty adjustment by the user are specifically excluded from this warranty.
